In exchange for the permission of Big Prairie Hunts to hunt upon and use its lease properties do herewith release Big Prairie Hunts/Meredith Claudette Beavers Trust and American Gratitude, Inc. from liability for any and all injuries which I may sustain during the period of time that I am upon and using its property, whether any such injuries may be from negligence of breach of warranty of above mentioned organizations, or any other party or person who may cause me injury. This prospective release is effective as to above mentioned organizations, any agent, employee, or other person for whose conduct above mentioned organizations, may be liable. This release is a release of any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action, or suits at law or in equity of whatsoever kind or nature, for or because of any matter or thing done, omitted, or suffered to be done by Big Prairie Hunts prior to and during the period of time I am using its property. I am entering this agreement knowing that hunting and shooting and handling of firearms can be a dangerous activity in which to participate.

In addition to the above described Release, I herewith and hereby covenant not to cause any litigation to be filed against Big Prairie Hunts/Meredith Claudette Trust/American Gratitude, Inc. and to hold harmless and indemnify it for any litigation which is filed against it, or claims made against it which litigation or claims are based on my conduct.

 Treat every gun as if it is loaded
 Control your gun’s muzzle at all times
 Guns not in use are to be unloaded and stored with the actions opened
 Be sure of your target identification before you pull the trigger, and always know what lies beyond it
 Never point a gun at anything you don’t want to shoot
 Hunters may only shoot in their zone of fire; a responsible hunter will not take an unsafe shot
 No magnum loads permitted
 Current Kansas hunting license, hunter safety card or controlled shooting area license required
 Never handle a firearm or operate a vehicle while you are affected by alcohol or drugs
 No alcohol permitted on the premises
 No Smoking on the premises

Event, whether any such injuries may be from negligence of breach of warranty of American Gratitude, Inc., or any other party or person who may cause me injury. This prospective release is effective as to American Gratitude, Inc., any agent, employee, or other person for whose conduct American Gratitude, Inc., may be liable.
